All Kindergarten Students must be 5 years old before December 31, 2020! Priority admission is given to Lakewood residents and siblings of current students; however, students from other communities are welcomed to apply. Students are accepted on a "first-come-first-served basis." So it is very important to get your application in as soon as possible.

In the event that there are more applications received than spaces available, a random lottery drawing will be conducted from all applications received by 3:00 pm on Wednesday, February 26th. The Lottery drawing will be held at 7:00 pm at an open public meeting on Tuesday, March 3rd, 2020. Those students not selected for enrollment at the time of the lottery drawing will be placed on a waiting list. In the event that a student chosen from the lottery is unable to attend, available spaces will be filled first from the names on the waiting list. The waiting list will remain active throughout the 2020-21 school year. If openings become available during the school year, those open spaces will be filled first from the names on the waiting list.
Once a child is admitted as a student to Ocean Academy Charter School, his/her enrollment is continuous from year to year!
